Take notice that on Thursday, the 3rd day of August 2000, an application for orders under section 174 of the Companies Act in respect of Gapbuster Systems Limited was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The orders sought are orders regulating the future conduct of the company.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on Monday, the 28th day of August 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
