Take notice that on Monday, the 24th day of July 2000, an application for putting Fisher Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 28th day of August 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
