Take notice that on Thursday, the 13th day of July 2000, an application for putting Project Design Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 21st day of September 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is MasterTrade Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Blackwells, Lawyers, Level Five, 235 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland.
