Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries at Wellington-Plaintiff:
And-Prime North Fishing Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Hamilton
-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 13th day of July 2000, an application for putting Prime North Fishing Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 4th day of September 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is the Chief Executive of the Ministry of Fisheries, whose address for service is at the offices of Scannell Wrigley & Co, Solicitors, 122 Queen Street East, Hastings.
