Take notice that on the 14th day of December 1999, an application for putting Dynamic Paving & Retaining Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 10th day of February 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
The applicant is Winstone Aggregates Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 187 Mount Eden Road, Mount Eden (P.O. Box 9049, Newmarket), Auckland.
