Take notice that on the 28th day of June 2000, an application for putting Maxwell Contract Warehousing Auckland Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is due to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of August 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
