Take notice that on the 12th day of July 2000, an application for putting Avon Medi-Centre Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 28th day of August 2000 at 9.30 a.m.

that day.
