Take notice that on the 30th day of June 2000, an application for putting Congere Investments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 17th day of August 2000 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
