Take notice that on the 16th day of December 1999, an application for putting Consolidated Flooring Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 10th day of February 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Ciba Specialty Chemicals Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Glaister Ennor, Solicitors, Fourth Floor, Norfolk House, 18 High Street (P.O. Box 63 or D.X. C.X. 10-236), Auckland.
