Take notice that on Tuesday, the 22nd day of June 2000, an application for putting Warwick Neal Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 31st day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
