Take notice that on the 19th day of May 2000, an application for putting International Product Management Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 3rd day of August 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The plaintiff is The Warehouse Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Hesketh Henry, Lawyers,
Level Ten, 41 Shortland Street, Auckland 1, or documents may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at Hesketh Henry, Private Bag 92-093, Auckland; or
(b) Left for the solicitor at the document exchange for direction to Hesketh Henry, D.X. C.P. 24-017; or
(c) Transmitted to the solicitor by facsimile to Hesketh Henry on (09) 375 8771.
