Take notice that on the 15th day of November 1999, an application for putting J. Jones Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 7th day of February 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is BOP Fertiliser Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Sharp Tudhope, Solicitors, Second Floor, N.Z.I. Building, 35 Grey Street, Tauranga.
