Take notice that on the 14th day of April 2000, an application for the liquidation of Creative Learning Centre (PN) Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 10th day of August 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is the Ministry of Education of
New Zealand, whose address for service is at the offices of B. D. Vanderkolk Esq., Crown Solicitor, First Floor, Semper House, 157 Broadway Avenue (P.O. Box 31 or D.X. P.P. 80-020), Palmerston North.
