Take notice that on the 16th day of May 2000, an application for putting Fairway Autos Limited (trading as Living Automotive) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 27th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.

that day.
