Take notice that on the 10th day of May 2000, an application for putting Directlink Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 20th day of July 2000 at
10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Australian Consolidated Press Limited, (trading as NZ Trader Magazine Group), whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden (P.O. Box 9049 or D.X. C.P. 31-003, Newmarket), Auckland.
