Take notice that on the 15th day of December 1999, an application for putting Canterbury Residential Care Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 14th day of February 2000 at 9.00 a.m.
