Take notice that on the 1st day of May 2000, an application for an order under section 174 of the Companies Act 1993, in respect of Lipmond Enterprises Limited, was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The order sought is an order for the winding up of a company.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 3rd day of July 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Murray Athol Osmond, whose address for service is First Floor, Centreway, Victoria Street, Cambridge.
