Take notice that on Monday, the 8th day of May 2000, an application for putting Fresh Foods (Otago) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on Wednesday, the 5th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Goodman Fielder Milling & Baking New Zealand Limited (trading as Quality Bakers Dunedin), whose address for service is at the offices of Otago Credit Consultants Limited, Sixth Floor, Consultancy House,
7 Bond Street, Dunedin.
