Take notice that on the 12th day of April 2000, an application for putting Value Trucks Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of July 2000 at 11.00 a.m.
