Take notice that on the 26th day of May 2000, an application for putting Gracelink Haulage Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 20th day of July 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Counties Tyres Limited, whose address for service is 150 Manukau Road, Pukekohe, Auckland.
