Take notice that on the 23rd day of June 2000, an application for putting Kiwi Cameron Foods Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on Monday, the 17th day of July 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Coca-Cola Amatil (N.Z.) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rudd Watts & Stone, Solicitors, Twenty-fourth Floor, Bank of New Zealand Tower, 125 Queen Street (P.O. Box 3798), Auckland.
