Take notice that on the 23rd day of May 2000, an application for putting Christchurch Sewing World Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 26th day of June 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Janome Sewing Machine Co (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Rudd Watts & Stone, Solicitors, Twenty-fourth Floor, Bank of New Zealand Tower, 125 Queen Street, Auckland.
