Take notice that on Thursday, the 11th day of May 2000, an application to put Zoom Cleaning (1997) Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on Monday, the 3rd day of July 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Technical Recruitment Services 1999 Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corcoran French, Solicitors, Level Four, National Insurance Building, 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch.
