In the matter of the Companies Act 1993, between Blairs Supertyre Distributors Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Timaru and carrying on business there and elsewhere as importers and distributors of tyres-Plaintiff:
And-D.K. & M.A. Molyneux Limited (trading as Canterbury Tyres), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Rangiora and carrying
on business there and elsewhere as tyre suppliers-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 26th day of May 2000, an application for the winding up of D.K. & M.A. Molyneux Limited (trading as Canterbury Tyres), a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 267 High Street, Rangiora, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 26th day of June 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Blairs Supertyre Distributors Limited, whose solicitor is Kevin William Clay, of the firm of Macfarlane Dougall Stringer.
The address for service of the above-named plaintiff is the offices of Macfarlane Dougall Stringer, Level One, Langwood House, 90 Armagh Street, Christchurch.
