Take notice that on the 24th day of May 2000, an application to put H C Senior & Co (1993) Limited (in receivership) into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is due to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 3rd day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
