Take notice that on the 22nd day of May 2000, an application for putting Event Masters Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 27th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Telecom New Zealand Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Chapman Tripp Sheffield Young, Solicitors, Level Thirty-five, ANZ Tower, 23-29 Albert Street, Auckland.
