Take notice that on Monday, the 13th day of December 1999, an application for putting Parkway Construction Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Level One, Centreway, Victoria Street, Cambridge, into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
This application is to be heard before the High Court
at Hamilton on Monday, the 6th day of March 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Dominion Industrial Electrical Supplies Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Holland Beckett Maltby, Solicitors, 96 Cameron Road (Private Bag), Tauranga.
