Take notice that on the 15th day of May 2000, an application for putting Pizza Togo Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at
New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Monday, the 10th day of July 2000 at 10.00 o'clock in the forenoon.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Scott Seafood Limited, whose address for service is at the offices K. P. McDonald, Solicitor, Third Floor, Guardian Assurance Building, 12-14 Northcroft Street, Takapuna, Auckland.
