Take notice that on the 11th day of April 2000, an application for putting Retail Food Group Limited (formerly called BB's Coffee and Bake Master Lease (NZ) Limited formerly called Retail Food Group Limited) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 20th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Titch Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Simpson Western, 5-7 Byron Avenue, Takapuna (Acting Solicitor: Christopher Desmond Western and Acting Counsel: Joanne Margaret Price).
The statement of claim and verifying affidavit may be inspected at the office of the Court or from the plaintiff's address for service.
