Take notice that on the 10th day of May 2000, an application for putting Ascot Auto Court Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court
at Wanganui.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wanganui on Wednesday, the 28th day of June 2000.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Automotive Imports Limited, whose address for service is at the office of Sandi Anderson, Solicitor, 9 Redmond Street, Parnell, Auckland.
