Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of June 2000, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Dual Services Limited be liquidated and that Andrew James Stewart, solicitor of Wellington, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced at 4 p.m. on the 1st day of June 2000.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
Pursuant to Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994
Notice is given that as liquidator of Dual Services Limited (in liquidation), I fix Friday, the 23rd day of June 2000, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
