Take notice that on the 20th day of December 1999, an application for putting International Marine Engineering Services (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 10th day of February 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than seven working days before that day.
The applicant is McVeagh Fleming, whose address for service is 151 Queen Street, Auckland.
