Take notice that on the 10th day of April 2000, an application for putting Trueline Auckland Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court
at Auckland at 10.45 am on Thursday, the 22nd day of
June 2000.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicants are Neil Breen and Sue Breen, whose address for service is at the offices of Bruce Dell Law, Barristers and Solicitors, 2 Kings Road, Panmure, Auckland.
