Take notice that on the 22nd day of October 1999, an application to put Savvy Enterprises Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 31st day of January 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is Contract Holdings Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Corcoran French, Solicitors, Level Four, National Insurance Building, 217 Gloucester Street, Christchurch (Attention: Alex Conte).
