Take notice that on the 4th day of May 2000, an application for the liquidation of Bothway Haulage Limited by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 19th day of June 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
