Take notice that on the 4th day of May 2000, an application for putting Silk & Frock House Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Dunedin.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Dunedin on the 5th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Westpac Trust, whose address for service is at the offices of Maude & Miller, Second Floor, McDonald Buildings, Cobham Court (P.O. Box 50-555 or D.X. S.P. 32-505), Porirua City.
