Take notice that on the 12th day of April 2000, an application for putting Cor. P. Haulage Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
