Take notice that on the 27th day of April 2000, an application for putting Everbuild NZ Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 29th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that date.
The applicant is Bax Global (NZ) Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs Craig Griffin & Lord, Solicitors, 187 Mt Eden Road, Mt Eden (P.O. Box 9049 or D.X. C.P. 31-003, Newmarket), Auckland.
