Take notice that on the 26th day of April 2000, an application for putting Miers Transport Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 6th day of June 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Dennis Clifford Parsons, chartered accountant, as liquidator of Miers Agricultural Contracting Limited (in liquidation), whose address for service is at the offices of Stace Hammond Grace and Partners, Solicitors, Stace Hammond House, 3 Caro Street, Hamilton.
