Take notice that on the 17th day of April 2000, an application to put Campbell Nelson Holdings Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 29th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance no later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Kiwi Concrete Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Canterbury Credit Consultants, Sixth Floor, 77 Hereford Street, Christchurch.
