Under the Companies Act 1993, between Lake Engineering Consultants Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Auckland and carrying on business as consulting engineers-Plaintiff:
And-14 Dewhurst Place Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at 11 MacMurray Road, Remuera, Auckland and carrying on business as a property developer-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 17th day of April 2000, an application for putting 14 Dewhurst Place Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 22nd day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
