Take notice that on the 17th day of April 2000, an application for putting Spirit of '98 Trust into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Rotorua.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 15th day of May 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant incorporated charitable trust, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that day.
The applicant is CDL Hospitality Management Services, whose address for service is at the offices of Kensington Swan, Solicitors, 22 Fanshawe Street, Auckland.
