Take notice that on the 12th day of April 2000, an application for putting Morehu International U.S.A.
(NZ Div) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Tauranga.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Rotorua on the 15th day of May 2000 at 11.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Peter George Lockett and Beverley Lockett, whose address for service is at the offices of Accounts Enforcement Limited, Ground Floor, 31-33 Great South Road, Newmarket, Auckland.
