And-Keeleys Kantina Limited, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wade & Co,

Take notice that on the 11th day of April 2000, an application to put Keeleys Kantina Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Wellington.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Wellington on the 15th day of May 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is DB Group Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, solicitor for the above-named plaintiff, Level Thirteen, Auckland Club Tower, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1 (Counsel Acting: M. P. Cheung).
