Take notice that on the 31st day of March 2000, an application for putting Milecrest Developments Limited into liquidation was filed in the High Court at Auckland
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 25th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Carter Holt Harvey Limited, whose address for service is at the offices of Bell Gully Buddle Weir, Level Fourteen, Auckland Club Tower, 34 Shortland Street, Auckland 1.
