Take notice that on the 27th day of March 2000, an application for putting Safari Painters (Northern Region) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 8th day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Orica New Zealand Limited (formerly ICI New Zealand Limited and trading as Dulux
New Zealand), whose address for service is at the offices of Gibson Sheat, Solicitors, Gibson Sheat Centre, 1 Margaret Street (Private Bag 31-905 or D.X. T.P. 42-008), Lower Hutt.
