Take notice that on the 15th day of March 2000, an application to put Estate Developments Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on Thursday, the 18th day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.
