Take notice that on Wednesday, the 29th day of March 2000, an application for putting Felled and Found Furniture Limited (hereinafter referred to as "the company") into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at New Plymouth.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at New Plymouth on Monday, the 10th day of July 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Cameron Rock Ashton, whose address for service is 29 Tainui Street, New Plymouth.
