Take notice that on the 3rd day of March 2000, an application for putting Ngatea Service Station (1997) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Hamilton.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Hamilton on the 1st day of May 2000 at 10.45 a.m.

that day.
