Take notice that on the 23rd day of March 2000, an application for putting Hapua Construction Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Auckland.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Auckland on the 1st day of June 2000 at 10.00 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is Gary Massey (trading as Gary Massey Bricklayers), whose address for service is at the offices of Morgan Coakle, Solicitors, 48 Emily Place, Auckland.
